By using this site, you are confirming your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Football Tickets UAE. If you do not agree with any of our Terms and Conditions then do not use this site. No booking will be accepted and confirmation will not be given unless you confirm that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions at any stage at our discretion. Where Football Tickets UAE books an event our responsibility is limited to the event ticket and accommodation only.
Not all services which we provide are supplied by us, in these cases then the contract for the service will be with you and the third party who may have their own Terms and Conditions.
“Services” means: - Football Tickets UAE Event Tickets, any type of accommodation whether self-catering, Bed & Breakfast, Hotels or Hospitality Packages, Stadium Tours and other Services referred within these Terms and Conditions.
1. Making a Booking
(a) All bookings are made with Football Tickets UAE directly via the website unless otherwise stated.
(b) No Contract exists until we have received confirmation of acceptance of Terms and Conditions within the via the website booking confirmation
(c) Requests which are not bookable via the website will be subject to a fully refundable deposit in the event that we are unable to confirm the request.
(d) When a reservation is made over the telephone no contract shall exist until you have received a confirmation email from us which must be replied to accepting our Terms and Conditions and a non-refundable deposit paid.
(e) There is no requirement for a signed hard copy of this agreement. By making a reservation online or via telesales you agree to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
(d) We reserve the right to terminate any contract which has been entered into if the behaviour/conduct of the client or any member of their party either prior to or during a trip is likely to endanger the safety or well being of themselves or others.
In the event of us terminating any contract due to the behaviour or conduct of the Client or any member of their party no refund is payable.
(e) In the event that any accommodation in you or any member of your party is staying is damaged; you hereby agree to indemnify us against any claim (including legal costs) made against us arising from to the occurrence of such incidents.
2. Client Obligations
(a) No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted to make a reservation with us it is your sole responsibility to confirm that all details of documentation are present and correct upon receipt of same. Where you consider any documents or literature provided
by us to be incorrect then you should forthwith notify us by email with any concerns as soon as possible.
(b) All bookings must be made as per passport name to avoid any confusion. The responsibility of possessing a full-valid passport and or visa where necessary is the responsibility of each individual travelling with us.
(c) It is the sole responsibility of each individual to ensure they present themselves to their chosen point of departure for travel within the stated guidelines of the carrier.
3. Travel Insurance
(a) We recommend that everyone who intends to travel has travel insurance cover before you make a booking.
(b) Each person who wishes to make a reservation via our website must ensure they have a travel policy in place with a sufficient level of cover needed for their specific trip.
(c) If a reservation is made and the Client does not have travel insurance in place then all monies paid will be forfeit.
(d) Once the travel insurance has been issued this is non-transferable.
4. Payment/Methods
(a) Full payment is due at the time of booking. (Event tickets are paid for in advance by us to the event organiser and therefore must be paid at the time of booking and are non- refundable.)
(b) A deposit for request bookings shall be required. This shall be payable at €50 per person. Any deposit shall be refunded in full if we are unable to confirm the booking.
(c) If a reservation is put on request and confirmed then the deposit is no longer not refundable if the Client decides not to travel as planned or does not travel
(d) We accept Visa/Visa Debit/Master Card and Laser Card. Each credit card transaction does incur a fee which you will be advised of when processing you payment. This is payable in addition to our published charges.
5. Price Variation
All our prices are in Euro and are calculated using the current rates of exchange at the time of publication. The cost may be subject to change due to the exchange rates. The cost of any particular trip may increase/decrease for this reason. We try to avoid this where possible
6. Accommodation
The standards of accommodation which are offered range from 2*-5*. The following breakdown is for guideline purposes only.
2* Hotel/Guest House/ Self-Catering - Basic Tourist/Budget standard
3* Hotel/Guest House/ Self-Catering - Moderate/Medium standard
4* Hotel/Guest House/ Self-Catering - High standard
5* Hotel/Guest House/ Self-Catering – Deluxe/Luxury standard
We would also like to advise that the guidelines above refer to accommodation standards in the Irish Republic, Northern Ireland and U.K. mainland. Standards elsewhere in some European or Rest of the World destinations may be of a lower level.
It may be the practise of a certain accommodations to require you to pay a breakage/ damage/ incident or behaviour deposit. This may be a cash deposit or credit card imprint which shall be refunded upon departure providing there has been no damage/
breakage/ unacceptable behaviour or indeed any other incidents. This is between the accommodation and you directly.
In a case where our Clients are No-Show at their chosen accommodation without prior notification to the accommodation, this will result in the room being re-released for general sale. Late arrivals must be pre-arranged directly between you and the accommodation. We
have no responsibility in locating alternative accommodation where you fail to contact the accommodation to advise them.
Child reductions will be passed directly to you where applicable. Child age is generally as follows, infants 0-2 and children 2-11 although this depends on the accommodation type which has been booked.
7. Event Tickets
All event tickets are non-transferable, and are valid only for your chosen selection.Where possible we will have all members of the same party seated together however this is not guaranteed. All Football Tickets UAE ticket allocation is for the home section only. The following are not permitted in the home section under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES away Colours, Flags, Signs or Banners. We take no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets.
8. Event Changes/Cancellations
Where the situation arises that an event may be changed or postponed then all monies paid shall be transferred to the new dates. All dates and kick off times are subject to change due to TV commitments and is the customers responsibility to check any changes. If the new event date is unsuitable for you then we are unable to offer a refund unless they receive a refund from the organiser. If the event has been cancelled then any refunds due will be passed on directly to you This will depend on the amount received back from the organiser.
We are not liable to make a refund/transfer deposit to an account if a booking is cancelled within 14 days of the match date due to expenses already occured by Football Tickets UAE
9. Unforeseen Circumstances
In circumstances outside our control such as Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with your trip , riots, acts of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative, municipal, military or other authority, strikes, industrial act, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service supplier connected with a holiday, fraud perpetrated against us or any other reason beyond our the control of Football Tickets UAE will be unable to offer a refund of any kind unless we receive same from the organiser.
Force Majeure, means unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser, the Retailer or other suppliers of services, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised or an event which the Organiser, the Retailer or the supplier of services even with all due care could not foresee.
10. Name Changes
Name Changes must be given in writing and are permitted up to 2 weeks before travel and are subject to a charge per person. Travel insurance is non-transferable once issued.
11. Telesales Reservations
All telesales are on a request basis only. A booking deposit is required to request a reservation in certain cases as detailed in section 1 (c). An email detailing the confirmed reservation will be sent to you directly upon confirmation by us and the deposit paid shall be non-refundable after confirmation.
12. Complaints Procedure
In the event that you need to make a complaint, please advise us immediately and we will try and rectify the problem. On your return complaints must be made in writing. This must be received in writing via email or recorded post within 28 days of your return trip. We value your business and your satisfaction is important to us. All complaints will be investigated thoroughly and we endeavour to provide a resolution of your complaint.
13. Promotional Offers/Competitions
All promotional offers/discounts and competitions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without prior notice. Competition winners must agree to have their details published on the website and all decisions are final.
14. Jurisdiction
All terms/condition/agreements and performances are governed by the Republic of Ireland Jurisdiction and are subject to the Irish Courts.
15. Termination of Use
The use of any person using this site may be terminated at any time for any reason, including any improper use or failure to comply with the stated Terms and Conditions.
16. Liability
We are responsible for the event ticket and accommodation only, and we are in no way responsible for any additional expenses, distress, loss, damage, injury, inconvenience, and delay, accidents resulting from or attributing to the act of default of any companies, firms or persons in connection with the carrying out of such reservations or arrangements. Every booking is accepted subject to the conditions imposed by the
hotels, B&BS, Guest Houses or events organisers concerned. Any claims with respect to such matters shall be made directly against the appropriate parties.

Our website sometimes contains links to other websites. These links are for information and convenience purposes only. This does not mean that we endorse the websites which it may be linked to and we take no responsibility for any practices on the other sites. We do recommend that if you do decide to use any facility that you check the privacy statements and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.
19. Arbitration
The parties to this contract agree that any dispute or disagreement of any kind which arises or occurs in relation to any thing or matter arising out of or in connection with this contract will be referred to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators – Irish branch to nominate an independent arbitrator to resolve the dispute which has arisen and the parties agree to be bound by the decision of the independent arbitrator.
20. Good Faith
I warrant and represent that all of the information provided by me is true and accurate and that I have been authorised by all persons named on this booking form to execute this agreement on their behalf and accordingly, I sign my name both as their agent and on my own behalf.
